Baby Greens with Fresh Pomegranate

 mixed greens
 fresh pomegranate seeds
 goat cheese
 freshly chopped dill
 sliced Persian cucumber
 pimento-stuffed Green olives, sliced
 olive oil
 Garlic Balsamic vinegar, JalapeƱo Garlic Lime vinegar, Fig vinegar or Basil vinegar
 seasalt

Wash the greens and break large pieces into bite-sized pieces.

Pour clean greens in to an attractive bowl.

Slice the cucumbers and place in a layer around the edge of the greens.

Sprinkle the sliced green olives over the cucumber.

Place a handful of gem-like pomegranate seeds in the center of the lettuce.

Crumble the goat cheese all over the bowl of veggies.

Sprinkle liberally with freshly chopped dill.

Dress each serving individually with a sprinkle of olive oil and vinegar.
