Asparagus and Boiled Egg

1 lb asparagus, steamed 7 minutes
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
Mayonnaise sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
½ lime, juiced
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp dill weed
1 dash cayenne
2 tbsp Basil or Fig vinegar
2 tbsp olive Oil

Lay steamed asparagus on a serving plate.

Arrange the egg slices decoratively over asparagus.

Drizzle sauce across the asparagus and eggs.

Sprinkle with paprika and dill. Serve with extra sauce.
