Sugi Garden Kitchen Products are made in our home kitchen from the freshest ingredients. All products are hand-made in our kitchen and available seasonally.

 

Many ingredients are sourced from our garden and grown organically. Some items are only available on a seasonal basis and in limited quantities.

This pesto is absolutely scrumptious. Just add a little olive oil for dipping your favorite bread or spread it as is. Perfect accompaniment to a Mediterranean-style meal with hummus, eggplant salad, feta and olives. Fantastic on pasta, baked chicken, meatloaf. Be creative.

The secret ingredient in our pesto is the Sugi Garden Miso. Everything tastes better with this amazing pesto!

5 oz. Garlic Balsamic Vinegar

Vinegar is a wonderful addition to any food to add some brightness to the flavor. We especially like the Jalapeño Garlic Lime in salads with olive oil and salt, in pork stew or on fish tacos. Fig is a perfect replacement for red wine vinegar in any recipe. Basil is lovely sprinkled on salads of all varieties. Garlic Balsamic we love to sprinkle i onto roast vegetables, add it to our Black Garlic Chili, use it as a condiment for dipping potstickers, add olive oil and dip bread or drizzle it over Sugi Garden Pure Vanilla Ice Cream for a unique dessert!

Three Year Red Miso

Organic Red Miso  – 

Miso is a fermented soybean paste that can be enjoyed in salad dressings, in soups and stews, in vegetables and more. We use it instead of salt in the Sun-dried Tomato Basil Pesto!

I’ve been really enjoying the fudge.  These little squares of surprisingly light and creamy dark chocolate, blended with the subtlest taste of orange, are heavenly pillows of sheer indulgence.  I can’t bring myself to share this fudge with anyone… just savoring one piece a day.

Sweetened with maple syrup. Some of our ice creams are enhanced with our Sugi Garden Sippers creating an extra creamy texture.

We love our Sippers! Fennel is a great aperitif after a heavy meal to settle the stomach. Sabras is the color of a sunrise and has a unique flavor all its own. Garden Mint is refreshing and also great for digestion. Mulberry is simply delightful!

Prepare Sugi Garden Sippers by pouring 1 oz. of your favorite Sipper over ice. Add 3 oz. sparkling water or champagne. Or sip it neat!

The pure extracts are fantastic in baked goods as well as drizzled into your morning yogurt. Each one has a unique flavor – Madagascar is best for heartier flavors like anything with chocolate. Tahitian is floral and delicious in blond goods like sponge cakes, sugar cookies, fruit bars. Indian is an all purpose vanilla that can be used in everything.
