Wash lettuces and mix in a large bowl.
Prepare carrots, beets, kohlrabi, celery, pear and cranberries and add to lettuce.
Add olives
Place avocado pieces and pickled daikon at side of plate when serving.
Add a small scoop of Sriracha Tuna Salad on side of plate.
Drizzle with Red Miso Salad Dressing.
