Hot and Sweet Winter Salad

Yields1 Serving
 2 cups miner’s lettuce, in pieces
 1 head red leaf lettuce, in pieces
 1 pear, cubed
 1 cup shredded carrots
 1 cup shredded beets
 1 kohlrabi, peeled and chopped
 1 stalk celery, chopped
 ½ avocado, in pieces
 ½ cup sliced green olives or sm. manzanilla olives
 ½ cup pickled daikon
 ½ cup dried cranberries, in pieces

Wash lettuces and mix in a large bowl.

Prepare carrots, beets, kohlrabi, celery, pear and cranberries and add to lettuce.

Add olives

Place avocado pieces and pickled daikon at side of plate when serving.

Add a small scoop of Sriracha Tuna Salad on side of plate.

Drizzle with Red Miso Salad Dressing.
